Dedicated limiter outputs for general motion-cut and hoist-up limit. It has configurable digital I/O for proximity switches and limiter outputs. It has an external warning light bar interface and metric or imperial unit selection.
The RCI-8510 Controller System was designed in accordance with ISO 61508 and EN13849, functional safety of electrical electronic programmable safety-related systems.
A full range of sensors for both load moment and hoist rope tension load monitoring is available. The RCI-8510 also has mathematical modelling capabilities that can utilise manufacturers dimensional mass and CG data for load calculations.
